- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Barcelona School of Architecture (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in 1986
- Ph.D. in Architecture from Barcelona School of Architecture (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in 1982. “Cum Laude”.
- Professor of Interiors Acoustics Construction Techniques at the Department of Architectural Technology I (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya)
- Researcher at the Institut de Tecnologia de la Construcció de Catalunya (ITEC) from its founding (1981).
- Assistant director and academic secretary at Vallés School of Architecture (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). Nowadays, Former Director of the Department of Architectural Technology I of the UPC.
- He has published several articles in magazines of architecture and building: "CSTB magazine", "CAU", "Quaderns d'Arquitectura i Urbanisme", "Tectonica", "AB", "Projeckt Revue."
